Our Program, Pong Agency, provides appointment reminder and confirmation texts to users who have opted in. These messages serve to remind and confirm the appointments scheduled through our Marketing Services.

Cancellation:

You have the right to cancel the SMS service at any time. To cancel, simply text "STOP" to the shortcode provided. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin the Program, you can sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The exact rates depend on your wireless carrier and the plan you have chosen. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
